My Way To You round dog tags come in 25, 30 and 35 mm diameters. Each has a 2.5 mm-thick stainless steel body. Diameter is the distance across the tag; thickness is the depth of the metal.
Compare the three sizes
- 25 mm — 2.5 cm across
- The smallest option. Start here when comparing tags for a smaller collar.
- 30 mm — 3 cm across
- The middle option, with more front surface than the 25 mm tag.
- 35 mm — 3.5 cm across
- The largest option, with the most front surface for your selected design.
These are size comparisons, not a guarantee of fit by breed or body weight. Your dog's collar, other attachments and comfort are part of the decision.
Check the outline before ordering
- Use a ruler to draw circles 25, 30 and 35 mm across on paper.
- Hold the outlines beside the collar attachment point to compare scale. Do not attach a paper sample to your dog.
- Allow for the attachment ring and any other collar tags.
- Choose that size in the designer and check how the pet name and artwork fit together.
Does a larger tag weigh more?
At the same thickness and material, a larger body generally uses more metal. We do not list an unverified weight in grams. If weight is a deciding factor for your dog, ask us for a measured weight before ordering.
What about a long name or detailed artwork?
Review your actual name and design at the selected size. A larger screen preview is not the same as seeing an engraving at its physical size. Check spelling, spacing and the overall balance before adding the tag to your bag.
